Amendment to PUD

The declarant of the Lake Linganore Planned Unit Development (PUD), Oakdale Investments LLC, is planning to file a minor amendment to the PUD plans. These plan changes will not include any additional residential or commercial density to the PUD. The amendment would propose to bring into the PUD approximately 20 acres in the area between 144 and I-70 at the Eaglehead Drive roundabout (formerly the Lutheran church site) and 30 acres at the corner of Linganore Road and Gas House Pike adjacent to the future Westridge Village. An informational meeting will be held Saturday February 1 at 10am at Oakdale Middle School in advance of the filing. The county public hearings for this amendment would occur later this year
