2020 Pools

CourtReserve is the pool reservation software that will be utilized for the 2020 pool season in an effort to comply with occupancy limitations to allow for social distancing requirements.

Pool Season:

  • Opening Day: Monday, July 6, 2020
  • Last Day: Sunday, September 27, 2020.

Starting Sunday, September 20, only Coldstream Pool will be open. Coldstream Pool’s last day for the 2020 season is Sunday, September 27. Please note, Saturday, September 19, is the last day West Winds and Summerfield Pools will be open. 

Pool Hours:

All pools are open 7 days per week, with the following swim times:

  • 2-hour block 10:30 am – 12:30 pm
  • 2-hour block 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm
  • 2-hour block 3:30 pm – 5:30 pm
  • 2-hour block 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm
  • 1-hour block 9:00 am – 10:00 am Tuesday & Thursday ONLY for Self-diagnosed High-Risk Covid-19 open swim through August 27 (Coldstream Pool only starting August 17)
    • Note: no guests are permitted during the high-risk 1-hour block

New Pool Hours Starting August 31.

All pools will continue to have reservation availability in two-hour blocks of time, with a thirty-minute closure between each block for cleaning

  • Weekdays (Monday through Friday): All pools are open from 3 pm to 7:30 pm
  • Weekends (Saturday and Sunday): All pools are open from 10 am to 7:30 pm
  • Labor Day: All pools are open from 10 am to 7:30 pm

Adding Others to Your Account (Members & Guests):

After you have registered your account it is IMPORTANT that you follow these steps below to add Members (with Valid LLA Membership Cards) and guests BEFORE making any reservations:

  1. Click on My Profile
  2. Click on My Family
  3. Click on Add New Family Member

When adding anyone to your account:

  • Simply enter the first and last name, enter the property address, and select the type from the drop-down menu. You have three “types” to choose from (primary, spouse, child). If you are adding someone who does not fit one of these descriptions ( a guest, a nanny, a grandchild, a grandparent, etc.) that is okay, simply select “spouse” as the default type.
  • You may include their email address if you would like to grant them permission to log in, manage your account, and make reservations for your family.

Remember, you may add anyone to your account; however when making a reservation, do not select more than 2 guests (non-members) to join you, as each household is limited to 2 guests per reservation. 

About Pool Reservations:

  • Reservations are required for any member to use the pools this summer. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, seating is limited.
  • Each Property/Household is permitted to reserve one block of time per day.
  • Reservations may be made up to 7 days or less in advance and up until the event end time.
  • Current Guest Policy: To accommodate for Non-Member Caregivers, up to two guests may be included on your pool reservation. A $5/day per guest fee is payable at the gate. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, EXACT change is required.
  • As always, a valid LLA Membership ID card(s) must also be presented and scanned upon entry.  An invalid membership ID card will result in no pool access.  Please be sure to check the status of your membership ID cards prior to reserving a block of time at the pool.

To Make A Pool Reservation:

  1. Click on CALENDAR
  2. Find the date and time you are looking for: Scroll (left to right) to find the Date / Scroll (up & down) to locate the time slot.
    COLOR CODE KEY: Coldstream Pool = Blue   •   Summerfield Pool = Green    •     Westwinds Pool = Purple
  3. Click on the TIME BLOCK you would like to reserve
  4. Click on REGISTER
  5. Click “Register Member(s)” and select who will be attending. If you do not see this option, you have not added anyone other than yourself to the account. The reservation will only be for one person (yourself). If others will be joining you at the pool (Members or Guests), please complete the instructions for “Adding Others to Your Account” (see Step 2, above) before proceeding with a reservation.
  6. Read & ACCEPT the LLA Disclosure
  7. Click on SAVE

To View Your Pool Reservations:

  1. Click MY PROFILE
  2. Click MY EVENTS

To Edit A Reservation:

  1. Click on MY PROFILE
  2. Click on MY EVENTS
  3. Select the Event
  4. Click on UPDATE

To Cancel A Reservation:

  1. Click on MY PROFILE
  2. Click on MY EVENTS
  3. Select the Event
  4. Click on WITHDRAW

Note: Cancellations are not allowed during an event

Face Masks:

Please remember your face mask. Review below to know when and when not to wear your face mask at the pools.

WEAR Masks when:

  • Entering the pool area
  • Speaking to the lifeguards
  • Walking to and from the bathroom facilities
  • Exiting the pool area

Masks are NOT needed when:

  • Swimming
  • Lounging on the pool furniture (Please note, the pool furniture has been strategically placed around the pool deck and indicators placed on the ground to mark locations to ensure social distancing requirements).
