Summerfield Village Neighborhood Watch Program
The Summerfield Village, with assistance from the Frederick County Sheriffs Office, has created a neighborhood watch program to monitor and report any suspicious activity. Residents may contact their village chairperson to get more details and become involved. In addition, the committee has created a Twitter account to inform residents of information regarding the program. The address for this account is http://twitter.com/summerfieldnhw. The Lake Linganore Association does not administer this account and is not responsible for any information transmitted through this account.

Summerfield Townhouse Dumpster Information:
The Summerfield Townhouse community uses dumpsters that are funded through their own separate maintenence fund. These dumpsters are not for use by other members of the community. Please be aware of the following conditions for using these dumpsters:

-Residential Waste Only: No Construction Debris or Hazardous Waste Allowed
-No Large Household Items: Mattresses, Water Heaters, Televisions, Lawnmowers, etc.
-Do Not Place Waste outside of the dumpster.
-No Outside Waste. For Summerfield Townhouse Waste Only.
-Do Not Play in or Around Dumpster.
-Do Not Block Access to Dumpster.

Violations can incur a $250 fine and/or other actions as necessary. Please use the dumpsters responsibly, and thank you for your cooperation.
