The Audubon Terrace Villa Condominiums BOD will meet in 2010 on an as needed basis. Please contact Lake Linganore Village Manager, Keri Pawley 301-831-6400, x16 if you have any questions or concerns to direct to the BOD.

The residents of Audubon Terrace Villa Condominiums elected a new Board of Directors at the election meeting on December 5, 2009. All four candidates that ran for the open positions were elected. The new Board will become effective as of January 1, 2010.

All unit owners within Audubon Terrace Villas are entitled to a copies of meeting minutes of any open meetings of the board of directors. They are available upon request. To obtain a copy, please email Village Manager, Keri Pawley, at kpawley@lakelinganore.org.
