Aspen Village InformationVillage Chair: Brian McMynne Next Aspen Village Meeting Date: TBA Meeting Minutes: IMPORTANT NOTICE - February 25, 2010: At the last meeting of the Lake Linganore Association Board of Directors, the board instructed staff to enforce Aspen Village covenants regarding vehicles that are parked on the streets of Aspen overnight, particularly on courts and cul-de-sacs. Aspen Village covenants state in Article II, Section 12; Vehicles : “…No overnight parking is allowed on the streets.” Effective Monday March 1, 2010, Dorsey’s Towing will begin routine patrols of your neighborhood. They have been instructed to tow any vehicles that are parked in the street between the hours of 11 pm and 5 am. Any vehicles that are towed, will be taken to Dorsey’s impound lot. Vehicles can be retrieved, at the owner’s expense, by calling Dorsey’s Towing at 301-607-4357. Please make every attempt to avoid this action by utilizing your driveways and garages.
