Due to the heavy rains we received Tuesday night and the upcoming rain storms predicted this weekend, please check your culvert pipes on your property to ensure the storm water can pass through without resistance. We appreciate your cooperation and patience as we continue to work on the storm water systems within the community.

Looking forward to this weekend, there is a chance that communications, (power/internet) both on site and off site will be down as a result of Hurricane Joaquin, perhaps for extended periods of time. Please be patient as we work to respond to changing weather conditions.
