ECC Application Forms

Please remember that any significant changes to the exterior of your home such as house color, decks, sheds, playsets, fences, major landscaping, etc., must be approved by the ECC. All owners should be familiar with ECC guidelines prior to applying for any project. Click here to view ECC Guidelines.

Applications can be obtained by the following methods:

1. Select the relevant links below to download the appropriate ECC forms.
2. Stop by the LLA office during business hours Monday through Friday 9 am to 5 pm. The LLA office is located at 6718 Coldstream Drive.
3. Call or e-mail Doug Seligson (301) 831-6400, ext. 19 .
4. E-mail the request to jgurley@lakelinganore.org to have forms mailed to you.

Please submit the necessary paperwork as well as the $20 application fee no later than the Monday before the Thursday meeting of the ECC.
