Annual Meeting
at New Market Elementary School
The board of directors meeting at the annual meeting was called to order at 11:15 a.m. following the announcement of the results of the 2006 board of directors election.
The newest members of the 2005-2006 Lake Linganore Association board of directors are: Ken Allen, Robert Charles, Brandon Frazier and Stephen Hembree.
The executive officers of the 2006-2007 board of directors are: Brandon Frazier, president; Jim Cates, vice president; Jay Decker, secretary; Robert Charles, treasurer.
The board decided to have only one meeting in June, scheduled for June 5 and to cancel the Jun 19 meeting date.
Director Cates made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Director Decker seconded the motion. The meeting adjourned at 11:30 p.m.
