Eaglehead Community Preservation Corporation (ECPC)

The Eaglehead Community Preservation Corporation (ECPC) is a non-profit 501(c) (3) organization formed in 2007 to, among other things, construct and maintain needed roadways and other critical infrastructure in the village of Aspen North in Eaglehead. Funds for construction of the roadways and infrastructure will be raised from the creation of a special taxing district and dedication of the proceeds of revenue bonds.

The current ECPC board of directors is as follows:

MJ Minton, President & Treasurer
Frank Dertzbaugh, Vice President
Doug Chapin, Secretary
Tammy Immer, Director
John Peter, Director

Volunteers are needed for the ECPC board of directors.

ECPC meetings are open to all and are held at 7 p.m. on the second Wednesday of every month at the LLA office, located at 6718 Coldstream Drive.

To become a volunteer on the board or if you have questions about the special taxing district, contact MJ Minton at mjminton@comcast.net.
