CDA/CIP Project Status InformationThis page contains information on the CDA road / stormwater and CIP water/ sewer improvement projects that will impact the Coldstream, Meadows and Balmoral villages. For reference purposes AI refers to American Infrastructure, the contractor performing the work.This table indicates the most recent updates form AI and impact to the community. Text in RED indicates high impact to traffic. NOTE: The dates provided are approximate and based on contractor scheduling. Exact dates / times cannot be provided. Weather and other factors may delay the work outlined in this table. Please plan accordingly.
GENERAL NOTICE : ALL residents are reminded that plantings of any kind which are placed around or on utility easement areas may be removed by the utility or their contractors as necessary. Residents should not plant anything around or within several feet of transformers, water vaults, telephone pedestals, or any other utility device. NOTE: The utility and / or their contractors are not responsible for removal of debris created to access their devices. This will be the responsibility of the property owner.GENERAL NOTICE: Residents are reminded to stay out of the staging areas near the barn and at the Coldstream parking lot. Also, although you may be curious about the construction, DO NOT approach live work sites. Please watch your vehicle speed in the construction zone.GENERAL NOTICE: Owners who have any materials, plantings, hardscapes or any other encumbrances within the CDA / CIP easement or limit of disturbance (LOD) areas are responsible for their removal. Any damage to items that are not removed will be the sole responsibility of the owner.TRAIL SECTIONS TO BE CLOSED FOR CDA/CIP WORK: Effective immediately, the trail section from the east side of Boyers Mill Rd. to Eaglehead Dr. in the Meadows will be closed so that contractors can begin clearing and installation of improvements to the water and sewer service. The area will soon be fenced off and access will be prohibited for residents. Parents, please remind your children that these are work zones are not play areas. This work will take several months, so this portion of the trail system will be inaccessible at least through the fall and winter.The yellow highlighted area in this picture shows the section to be closed.
