ESPLANADE CLOSURE INFORMATION: The coldstream esplanade has been re-opened to pedestrian traffic only. Golfcarts, Motorcycles, ATV's and any other motorized vehicles are strictly prohibited. Violators will receive a $250.00 fine.

LLA has authorized the engineering firm to perform the additional tests to the structure to determine the exact cause of the damage and to provide a report outlining the short and long term repairs that will be necessary for the structure.

Don't get towed! Valid LLA parking tags must be displayed at all times. The green 2007 decals must be affixed to your parking tag immediately once received. Enforcement of 2007 decals will begin on June 17, 2007. Parking tags may not be loaned or given to others for their use. Towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. Important Note: Temporary parking passes are only valid at the Coldstream Pool parking lot. Vehicles using temporary parking passes at the beaches / dams will be towed at the owners expense. Also, membership cards are not a substitute for parking tags. Do not display your membership card as a parking tag or your vehicle may be towed.

REMINDER: Amenities Close at 10PM - Residents are reminded that all amenities and common areas close at 10PM. Some of the LLA parks, playgrounds, and trails have become “hangout” spots for teens, which has lead to vandalism and destruction of Lake Linganore Association property. These areas are intended for recreational purposes. Parents are responsible for the whereabouts and actions of their children. Allowing children to roam freely at night is a serious safety issue and could lead to bigger problems.

LLA has increased patrols of common areas by staff and police and will have any violators removed. Also, LLA will prosecute anyone responsible for destruction to common property. In addition, persons found trespassing or causing damage to LLA property may be banned from future use of all common property and amenities. This includes pools, beaches, etc.

As resolved by the LLA Board of Directors on June 20, 2005, Golf cart traffic on the LLA trail section from North Shore (Eaglehead Perch) to the Brosius Dam is prohibited until further notice.
