Westwinds Guidelines for Trash Cans
approved October 15, 2003
Each household is required to use only trash containers that meet the following guidelines:
 | Trashcans should have a capacity of at least 45 gallons. |
| Each container is required to have a manufactured, hinge-attached lid. |
| Containers must be green, brown or black. The preferred color is green. |

Trash should not be put out any earlier than 5 p.m. preceding the day of
pickup. Containers are required to be removed from the curb and out of view
by daylight the following day.
