WestWinds ECC Guideline for:

Patio, Walkway, Retaining Wall Submittal

Supersedes all previous WW ECC Patio Etc. Submittal Guidelines

Reference Article VI, Architectural Standards, Section 1 of the WestWinds Covenants: “The WestWinds Environmental Control Committee (ECC) shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all construction (including original construction and any and all modifications, alterations and/or additions thereto) and landscaping on any portion of the Properties”

Procedure for Submission:

An application package is to be received by the ECC no later than the last Friday of the month preceding the month in which the ECC meets (ECC meets the first Wednesday of each month to review applications).

Request to include:

1. WestWinds ECC Application Form (found in the WW Community Directory or may be accessed via LLA website at www.lakelinganore.org. and clicking on WestWinds/WW ECC Information and Application Form).

2. Site plan showing location, including dimensions of the project and distances from existing structures and property boundaries.

3. Drawing (or photograph) illustrating final appearance of proposed project.

4. Material to be used such as flagstone, brick, cement, pavers (provide color), etc.

5. For patios and walkways, a Landscape Plan is required if landscaping is part of the project. For retaining walls, a Landscape Plan is required. Provide on the Landscape Plan the names of shrubbery/trees and final height/width growth of each

.

6. Application fee of $20 (make check payable to WestWinds Village, Inc.)
